How this works This form collects your details so our pharmacy team can find, check and prepare your prescription in RxWeb, our dispensing system. It doesn't dispense anything automatically — a registered pharmacist reviews every request in RxWeb before it's actioned, the same as if you'd handed a paper prescription across the counter.
We'll nominate Taits Pharmacy for NHS Electronic Prescription Service and request your prescription directly from your surgery.

    What happens after you submit

    1. We locate or receive your prescription, NHS or private.
    2. Our registered pharmacist checks the items, dose and any interactions.
    3. We contact you to confirm cost (NHS charge or private price) and timing.
    4. We deliver to your address by Royal Mail Tracked or local courier.
    Urgent or repeat medication? If you're running low on essential medication or have an urgent clinical need, please call the pharmacy directly rather than relying on the website.
